Star-hunting...

...within Globe at Night

In 2012 there will be four opportunities to participate in GLOBE at Night: January 14-23, February 12-21, March 13-22 and April 11-20.

Instruction can be found on the website of Globe at Night

1. Find your latitude and longitude.
2. Go out more than an hour after sunset.
3. Match your nigttime sky to one of the magnitude charts published on the Globe at Night Website and report your observations.
